Informed Consent for Orders

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing GIVE LIFE TIME LIMITED (GLT), a Hong Kong-licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler. Our platform serves two categories of customers: individual customers (patients or their families purchasing medicines for personal use) and institutional customers (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, wholesalers and procurement organizations). Please read this Informed Consent carefully and make your own objective assessment of the compliance obligations and risks involved. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below.

1. Purpose of Purchase

Individual orders: Medicines purchased through our service are strictly limited to personal use by the patient and must not be resold. If resale is detected, we will cooperate fully with the relevant regulatory authorities and take serious action.

Institutional orders: Medicines purchased by institutional customers are limited to use within the lawful business scope of the institution (as stated in its business registration and pharmaceutical license), whether for patient treatment or lawful wholesale/distribution. The institution must not use medicines beyond its licensed scope, resell them illegally, or divert them to any non-medical use, and bears full compliance responsibility for distribution to its downstream customers. If any violation is detected, we will cooperate fully with the relevant regulatory authorities and take serious action.

2. Required Documentation

Individual orders: You are required to upload the prescribing physician's prescription or the patient's medical record as supporting documentation to confirm that the medicines are for reasonable personal use.

Institutional orders: To complete the compliance review before your first order, you are required to provide the following documents (as applicable):

  1. Business registration or certificate of incorporation;
  2. Pharmaceutical wholesale/distribution license (or equivalent operating license);
  3. A purchase authorization letter issued by your authorized signatory on company letterhead;
  4. Import permit or relevant import approval, if required by your local regulations;
  5. End-user certificate or statement of intended use, where applicable.

You warrant that all documents provided are true, valid and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or reject orders if the compliance review is not passed or the documents expire without renewal.

3. Compliance and Sanctions

Both parties undertake to comply with their respective applicable laws and international trade and sanctions regulations. We reserve the right to screen and decline orders involving sanctioned countries, entities or individuals. You warrant that neither you nor your ultimate users are listed on any sanctions or restricted-party list, and you agree to cooperate with us in any reasonable due-diligence process.

4. Product Standards

Cross-border medicines comply with the quality, safety, hygiene, environmental, and labeling standards of their country of origin, which may differ from standards in your country. By purchasing, you acknowledge that any potential harm, loss, or other risk arising from such differences is assumed by you.

5. Purchase Nature and Documentation

Purchases made through our platform are treated as offshore transactions. We are unable to issue invoices recognized for tax purposes in your local jurisdiction; however, commercial invoices, packing lists and other trade documents will be provided to institutional customers upon request for customs clearance and internal accounting purposes. Products may not carry labels or package inserts in your local language. Product information is provided on the product page in English and has been translated from the manufacturer's original documentation. If you have any questions regarding the translated information, please contact the manufacturer for confirmation.

6. Official Communication Channels Only

GLT will never contact you through unofficial channels, nor will we ever proactively ask you to click any link to refund or cancel an order. If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from us, please contact us directly through our official WhatsApp or email before taking any action.

7. Medicine Authenticity

We guarantee that all medicines supplied are legally marketed in their country of origin, are authentic products from the original manufacturer, and have reliable and verifiable sources. All medicines are within their expiry date, and we maintain full batch traceability records available for inspection by customers and regulatory authorities.

8. Shipping and Logistics

  1. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Dispatch may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays in the shipping country (including logistics providers), or time-zone differences. You may place orders on weekends and holidays; orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
  2. Due to customs control, international transport, courier delays or suspension caused by force majeure (including but not limited to epidemics or other unforeseen events), we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Certain special medicines require cold-chain transport and may take longer to arrive; please consult our customer service before ordering such items.
  3. Due to long-distance international transport, the outer packaging may show minor pressure marks, scratches, or abrasion to printed batch numbers. Such minor wear does not normally affect the quality of the product.
  4. Please inspect the package contents upon delivery. If any abnormality is found, please take clear photos or videos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packing list, and the affected product, and contact our customer service as soon as possible.

9. Returns, Refunds and Acceptance

Medicines are special products. For safety reasons, once sold, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged.

Institutional orders: If you identify damage, leakage, shortage or any discrepancy with the shipping documents upon acceptance, please raise a claim with our customer service within 3 working days of receipt together with complete photographic or video evidence, and we will assist in verifying and resolving the matter.

10. Prices and Orders

We are committed to providing safe, convenient and competitively priced cross-border pharmaceutical services. Due to factors beyond our control — including manufacturer price adjustments, international logistics cost changes, and exchange rate fluctuations — our prices may fluctuate. We continuously work to ensure that, at the time of your purchase, you receive the best available price for the newest and highest-quality medicines. Prices for bulk institutional orders shall be governed by the quotation or purchase contract confirmed by both parties.

11. Adverse Reactions

All medicines, especially prescription medicines, carry a certain probability of adverse reactions.

Individual orders: Please consult your physician before purchasing and carefully read the medicine's package insert. Our platform does not diagnose medical conditions and cannot guarantee that you will not experience adverse reactions after taking a medicine. If an emergency occurs, please contact your local physician immediately to avoid delaying necessary treatment.

Institutional orders: Prescription medicines should be used by patients under the guidance of a licensed physician. The institution shall ensure that professional medication guidance is provided to end patients and that local medical standards are followed. Our platform does not diagnose medical conditions and makes no warranty to patients regarding therapeutic outcomes. In case of an emergency, patients should contact their local medical institution immediately.

12. Product Versions

Pharmaceutical manufacturers operate branches in many countries around the world. Based on your medical needs, we will match the most appropriate version of the medicine for you. Due to batch variations and packaging improvements, the outer packaging of the product may differ.
