NTRK gene fusions act as oncogenic drivers across a range of solid tumors, while ROS1 rearrangements drive a subset of NSCLC. By inhibiting these targets, entrectinib suppresses the growth of fusion-driven tumors.

Side Effects
Common side effects include fatigue, constipation, dysgeusia (altered taste), dizziness, and peripheral edema. Serious but less common effects include cognitive impairment, mood changes, skeletal fracture risk, and hepatotoxicity. Report any persistent or severe symptoms to your physician.
